Paris Hilton was on The View yesterday (I think) and in true Basic Instinct style she uncrossed her legs for a nice upskirt. Now, the question is.. is she wearing panties or not? I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt but these screenshot really doesn’t indicate that she is wearing any. I tried to find a good clip but failed so instead I created an animated GIF.
