YES! It’s Christmas in July! Or more specifically, January. Miley Cyrus skipped out on wearing a bra while going out to dinner at Casa Vega restaurant in Sherman Oaks and we get a splendid view of her nipples! Or do we? Some are claiming that what we see are actually pasties and I do agree that those nips look very circular but I still think its the real deal!
