What Happened with the Farrah Abraham Cam Show?

I didn’t get a chance to watch myself but I’m reading that people are saying it was a scam, that she didn’t do a show etc? I also read she didn’t put anything in her butt as promised but it was some sort of weird anal toy charity thing she was doing? She also posted an apology video on Instagram that doesn’t make any sense. So, what happened?
